Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel your order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. You must tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods that you wish to return the items. You then have another 14 days to return the goods. On receipt of the goods we will refund you within 14 days. You do not have to provide a reason for the cancellation.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, unopened packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we will not accept the return.
We cannot accept any returned item after 14 days from the date we were made aware of your wish to return the item/s.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, please do the following before contacting Dry Red Press:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send the details in an email to info@dryredpress.com and send your item to: Dry Red Press, Metway Studios, 55 Canning St Brighton BN2 0EF, UK
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Dry Red Press, Metway Studios, 55 Canning St Brighton BN2 0EF, UK
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you qualify for a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning a faulty or damaged item, Dry Red Press will cover the shipping cost incurred.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £30, we recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
